In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the UK utilities market to assist customers with energy-related inquiries, account management, and service solutions. Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Clear credit and criminal record
• 12 months Call Center experience/ Desirable UK Utilities
• Must reside in or near Cape Town
• Willingness to work rotational UK hours
