Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities :

Lead and inspire the manufacturing engineering team, offering mentorship, training, and development opportunities to support their success and growth.

Process Optimization :

Develop and refine manufacturing processes to maximize production efficiency, quality, and safety, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Work closely with design engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to bring new products and processes to life.

Champion lean manufacturing principles and lead initiatives to improve productivity, minimize waste, and elevate overall operational performance.

Data-Driven Decisions :

Monitor production metrics and data to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and implement effective corrective actions.

Compliance & Safety :

Ensure that all processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.

Oversee the adoption of new technologies, automation systems, and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities and improve efficiency.

Budget Management :

Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Supplier & Vendor Relations :

Collaborate with external suppliers to evaluate and source new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve processes and reduce costs.

Technical Support :

Provide expert technical guidance to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and drive process optimization.

Technical Proficiency :

Proficient in CAD / CAM software and other engineering tools.

Quality & Compliance Knowledge :

Familiar with quality management systems (ISO standards) and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.

Analytical Skills :

Ability to analyze production data and identify actionable insights to drive improvements.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Hands-on experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.

In-depth understanding of manufacturing operations and equipment.

Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
