We are growing our team and seeking experienced Client Delivery Managers to join us.

This is a hybrid role based at our head office in Centurion.

Account managers serve as client and consulting advocates within the consulting department, ensuring that client and consultant needs are understood and met.

Responsibilities include sales (new business development and maintaining existing clients), handling client complaints, data collection and analysis, and enhancing the customer experience.

Ideal candidates will understand IT consulting, fixed-term consulting, and time & material projects.

There will also be opportunities to cross-sell Dotcom's solutions, including managed services, customized software development, and Azure cloud migration.

We seek proactive, communicative candidates passionate about IT consulting and client service.

This role involves building long-term relationships with clients and consultants, advocating for their needs, and helping internal departments by gathering sales leads, testimonials, and client data, as well as identifying industry trends.

Success in this role requires excellent communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, organized, and capable of building rapport with clients.

A strong focus on securing new business is essential.

Responsibilities

Engage with assigned clients regularly to meet their needs and monitor resource performance.

Secure new business and grow the contractor base.

Engage with consultants at client sites weekly to ensure performance and satisfaction.

Coordinate the delivery of consulting staff at client locations within the consulting division.

Ensure accurate reporting and integrity of month-end consulting processes.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and articulate Dotcom's value proposition.

Build trust-based relationships with clients and consultants.

Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs.

Collect and analyze data to understand consumer behavior.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions.

Stay informed about company products and services.

Address and resolve complaints, improving processes to prevent recurrence.

Identify industry trends and act as a client advocate to enhance their experience.

Assist with month-end and timesheet reconciliations.

Manage opportunities on platform.

Requirements
