Primary Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to support the development, execution, and evaluation of all brand marketing strategies. The Marketing & Digital Coordinator will play a key role in managing both digital and traditional marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Traditional Marketing:
- Manage all brand websites and social media platforms.
- Develop, execute, and monitor online and traditional communication strategies across all brands.
- Ensure adherence to both local and global brand guidelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Support campaign planning and execution across various channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Content Management & Brand Communication:
- Create, curate, and oversee content across digital and traditional platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights.
- Prepare reports on digital engagement, social media performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong background in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Proven ability to manage brand websites and social media platforms.
- Experience in executing and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media management.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of branding and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
