Job description

My client is a dynamic and growing Health & Wellness Spa dedicated to providing unforgettable memories for our customers. Our service offering includes Thai specialized treatments and selected Beauty therapy. We're seeking a talented and experienced bookkeeper to manage financial processes across our 3 branches and support us in developing and executing our business plan.

As the Bookkeeper, you will implement financial processes, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and manage accounts payable and receivable. The role requires proactive management engagement, autonomous problem-solving, and the provision of actionable financial insights.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Accurate recording of all ins & outs to facilitate the production of financial reports, financial statements and the preparation of statutory returns

Manage accounts receivable including invoicing and incoming payments

Reconcile daily Treatment reports

Compile weekly summary reports by package/treatment, product and payment type (EFT, Card, Voucher)

Compile weekly commission reports including tips

Prepare VAT returns along with necessary supporting docs

Implement robust financial processes and controls

Therapist invoices: check, reconcile, process for payment

Assist with payroll processing including necessary statutory deductions

Track staff incentivized performance

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Efficient & resourceful

Initiative, integrity, honesty

At least 3 years' experience in bookkeeping and financial processes

Preferred experience in the Health & Wellness or related industry.

Own car and drivers essential - travel will be reimbursed
