Role Purpose

The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and effective communication of complex data to diverse audiences.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2. 5-8 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
3. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.
4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
5. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
8. Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
9. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) and statistical methods is advantageous.
