Job objectives :
  1. Prospect for clients and obtain leads to secure appointments - daily activity.
  2. Meet with at least 20 clients per week.
  3. Conduct professional Financial Needs Analyses, make needs-based recommendations, and secure sales.
  4. Achieve sales targets set by Liberty.
  5. Build relationships with clients to gain confidence, credibility, and trust.
  6. Elicit information to maximize the effectiveness of a client's portfolio.
  7. Provide objectives and professional financial advice on clients' needs regarding investments, insurance, and health.
  8. Maintain propriety in the target market.
  9. Meet all legislative requirements and stay accredited and updated with relevant market and industry topics.
Requirements :
  • Matric, National Diploma, or Degree
  • 3-5 years of working experience; sales experience is a plus!
  • Own reliable vehicle for client visits
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • People-oriented and target-driven
  • Well-connected socially, with an established network of potential clients, and the ability to source new prospects
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Impeccable work ethics
