Job description

My client who works in property bridging finance requires a Sales representative to market their product to conveyancing law firms in the Cape Town, Mossel bay and surrounding areas.

Do you have experience as a bridging marketing consultant or have bridging finance or property transfer knowledge? We require a motivated and dedicated go-getter salesperson in the Western Cape to join our team.

Skills/Requirements:

• Matric plus 2 years sales experience

• Computer literate, MS Office and Excel

• Valid driver’s license and own transport

• Ability to function independently and without supervision

• Commitment to high levels of customer service and consistent positive action with existing clients to create customer loyalty and longevity in the client base

• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability and a positive outlook

• Good organizational time management skills and attention to detail

• Fun and proactive personality

• Flexible and willing to learn about bridging finance

• Own your pipeline to ensure opportunities progress through the sales process timeously and effectively

Summary of Duties:

• Managing sales portfolio and sourcing for new business

• Prospecting for new leads and looking at opportunities to gain new clients

• Cold calling to attorneys and estate agents

• Following up from leads

• Explain our services and fees

• Follow up on leads and quotations sent out to clients

• Collect testimonials & referrals

Basic salary + Commission

Working hours:

Mondays – Friday 08:00 – 16:30
