- Diploma or equivalent in Sales & Marketing
- Credit Management 2 (advantageous)
- Concrete Level 3 and above (advantageous)
Experience
- At least 3 years related experience
- Exposure to industry dynamics and sales region
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- CRM software experience (advantageous)
- Strong business/financial acumen and negotiation skills

- Valid driver's license (Code B)
Key Outputs
- Develop overall business in the consumer market, managing profitability and negotiations
- Provide technical advice on product applications
- Analyze market intelligence (pricing, competitors, customer trends)
- Plan and forecast, prospect, run promotions and campaigns with marketing
- Convert potentials, grow and retain clients
- Maintain accounts and CRM systems
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Achieve LEAD targets (revenue, volume, margins, customer satisfaction)
- Achieve LAG targets (new leads, market share, pricing, debtors days, compliance)
- Enhance brand reputation through proper handling of merchandise
- Proactively address customer queries
- Monitor assets and manage customer database
- Prepare sales reports and reviews
- Develop customer activity plans
- Resolve customer complaints
