Key Customers: Internal Stakeholders - National Account Managers, Business Development, Marketing Services, Sales Administration
External Customers: Existing and potential customers

Role Overview
  • Drive sales and optimise margin
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent in Sales & Marketing
  • Credit Management 2 (advantageous)
  • Concrete Level 3 and above (advantageous)
Experience
  • At least 3 years related experience
  • Exposure to industry dynamics and sales region
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • CRM software experience (advantageous)
  • Strong business/financial acumen and negotiation skills
Special Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (Code B)
Key Outputs
  • Develop overall business in the consumer market, managing profitability and negotiations
  • Provide technical advice on product applications
  • Analyze market intelligence (pricing, competitors, customer trends)
  • Plan and forecast, prospect, run promotions and campaigns with marketing
  • Convert potentials, grow and retain clients
  • Maintain accounts and CRM systems
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships
  • Achieve LEAD targets (revenue, volume, margins, customer satisfaction)
  • Achieve LAG targets (new leads, market share, pricing, debtors days, compliance)
