Atrax Logistics SA PTY LTD, based in Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa, is seeking an Experienced Customs Entry Clerk to join our team in Isando, Johannesburg. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Role Overview

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in customs entries, strong knowledge of SARS regulations, tariffing, Incoterms, and customs protocols. The successful candidate will prepare customs entries, perform tariff classification, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customs Entries & Tariffing: Prepare and submit customs entries, classify tariffs, and interpret WCO and SARS guidelines.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Calculations: Ensure compliance with SARS regulations, calculate duties, VAT, and maintain accurate records.
3. Team Support & Communication: Support junior staff, collaborate with teams, and represent Atrax professionally.
4. System Use & Accuracy: Use Shipshape software for processing and documentation, uphold accuracy and ownership.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in customs entries.
• Strong understanding of SARS regulations, WCO rules, Incoterms.
• Experience with Shipshape software (mandatory).
• Completed relevant SARS training courses.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize.
