Requirements
BEng Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering degree
Project Management Diploma would be advantageous
Have at least 1 - 2 years Project Management experience would be advantageous
Competency in 3D CAD design (Autocad, Inventor, Solidworks)
An ability to communicate at all levels
Be familiar with ISO procedures
An ability to negotiate effectively
A strong ability to think logically and rationally
Be highly computer literate especially excel skills
Be assertive and forthright
Be enthusiastic, positive and self-energized
A strong financial and commercial aptitude
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent numeracy skills

Key Performance Areas:
Oversee installations of new machines and technology.
Manage assigned engineering and technical projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Lead machine and automation design projects.
Develop and implement project schedules and forecasts.
Coordinate and review engineering deliverables.
Prepare monthly project status and change order reports.
Plan, schedule, and manage technical and project aspects.
Assist in engineering proposals and machine acquisition plans.
Support pricing, estimating, and scoping strategies for projects.
Develop reports, specifications, plans, and designs for projects.
Ensure successful implementation of engineering and automation projects.
Communicate with clients, customers, and suppliers locally and overseas.
Commission and operate new machinery.
Contribute to new product development and prototyping.
