Account Manager you will utilize your combination of client relationship skills sales experience to build customer relationships and develop new opportunities for revenue growth.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, partnering with well-known and popular international and regional brands
- Drive new business opportunities within the region, initiating and developing strong business relationships across these client organisations achieving a detailed understanding of the client’s most important business and talent needs.
- Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives and own and direct account plans. You will create innovative proposals and client led solutions around the employee lifecycle up to board level.
- You will be an expert and trusted advisor to our clients and will keep abreast of market trends and evolving client needs and maintain your own knowledge of new and existing solutions, services and products.
- You will increase and continually promote the SHL brand in the market and act as a business owner and builds and grows your own business.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential
- Account Management with proven experience in South Africa/African region.
- Software Solutions Sales experience, ideally Consulting or Business Services background.
- Demonstrated ability to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals.
- Strong Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, or business-related discipline.
- You will ideally have experience selling to HR and/or C Level, with strong current network.
- You will have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
The candidate must have the right to work in South Africa.
