Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Define your work plan and change management deliverables in alignment with the Manager: Project Change Management, prioritising your activities accordingly.
  2. Deliver high-quality, relevant work including:
    • Project change management strategies or approaches for initiatives;
    • Communication plans;
    • Stakeholder analysis and management plans;
    • Sponsor/owner/leadership action plans, as needed;
    • Project change management risk registers;
    • Progress reports or dashboards;
    • Coordination with the systems training team;
    • Collaboration with human resources change management where relevant;
    • Work and implementation plans for all of the above.
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership alignment, and resistance management plans aligned with multiple project plans.
  4. Manage change components of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards and adoption targets.
  5. Drive business impact by delivering results that create lasting effects.
  6. Facilitate the adoption of new behaviors to realize the benefits of change.
  7. Engage key stakeholders to understand their vision of success and identify their contributions.
  8. Propose workflow and process improvements where relevant.
  9. Collaborate with the Systems Training team.
  10. Assess the impact of change initiatives, identify gaps, and develop alternative strategies.
  11. Implement monitoring systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
  12. Develop analytical change reports, set goals and metrics, and provide recommendations to guide decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, advanced diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project and business change management environments.

  • Stakeholder management skills, including at an executive level;
  • Industry, organizational, and business awareness;
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and environment;
  • Solid understanding of change activities and processes on large projects or programs.
