Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications according to specifications as part of a project team including project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful integration of applications with other LH systems as needed.
• Support and develop the international client accounting and claim assessment application.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external clients to deliver solutions for the Life & Health portfolio of projects.
• Manage the entire development process from conception to deployment, including maintaining and upgrading software post-deployment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SQL Server, .NET, and C#.
• Strong data background with experience in SQL Server technologies, including writing complex T-SQL queries, views, stored procedures.
• Proficiency in MS programming languages (C#).
• Experience with Agile / MS DevOps for task tracking, code management, pipelines for build and deployment.
• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones (Europe, Asia, Australia, US).

Additional Skills (Desired)

• Experience with .NET Framework (4.5+), WinForms, Console applications.
• Experience with third-party tools such as DevExpress XAF for WinForms.
• Visual Studio experience, preferably version +.
• Understanding of reinsurance business is strongly desired.
• Ability to work directly with business users, including developing top-tier software and performing limited business analysis tasks.
