Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide, working with over 20,000 students.

Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors with high school students aiming for admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing effective paid digital advertising campaigns to attract qualified prospects using cost-effective strategies across platforms like Facebook, Google, and others.
  2. Contributing to Crimson's paid digital marketing activities across multiple countries by collaborating with regional digital marketing managers, country managers, local marketing teams, and the global digital marketing team to drive results.
  3. Building, testing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to improve performance continually.
  4. Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, including A/B tests, leads, revenue, and ROAS.
  5. Leadership and Initiative: Participating actively in the global digital marketing team, contributing ideas, and working on projects to improve structure and processes.
  6. Testing and launching new paid digital channels.
  7. Sharing digital marketing knowledge with global and local teams.

Digital Campaign Management:

  1. Launching paid digital advertising campaigns across several markets following global guidelines and budgets.
  2. Selecting and designing A/B tests to improve results.
  3. Tracking leads, lead progress, sales, and revenue from activities.

Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Analyzing and reporting on campaigns, A/B tests, leads, revenue, and ROI.
  2. Contributing to the development of Crimson's global digital marketing best practices and knowledge base.

Personal qualities we're looking for include:

Technical Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience in creating and managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
