What the job involves:
  • Creating innovative visual strategies and design approaches
  • Designing logos and comprehensive visual identity systems
  • Executing strong graphic design across layout, typography, and branding
  • Crafting persuasive, on-brand presentations
  • Engaging confidently with clients via Zoom, email, and in-person meetings
  • Participating in creative pitches and new business opportunities
  • Contributing to project planning and management
  • Creating content for the agency's blog and social platforms
  • Managing junior designers, interns, and external creative partners
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate revenue
  • Maintaining high-quality control on all design output
Minimum requirements:
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a branding agency
  • Strong branding design skills with a sharp eye for identity development
  • Experience working from brand guides
  • Portfolio link included in your CV – no portfolio, no response
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Confident in presenting ideas and design work to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail – no typos in your CV or portfolio
