Job description

Requirements :

1. Newly qualified CA(SA) or 1-year post articles, or BCom in Accounting / Finance with 6-7 years property experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
2. Strong technical accounting skills, including IFRS compliance, financial reporting, and consolidations.
3. Proficiency in MDA, MRI, or a similar property management system is advantageous.
4. Experience managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
5. Ability to lead and mentor a finance team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
2. Manage financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
3. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and financial controls.
