Responsibilities
  1. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, head hunting, social media, and networking events.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  3. Drive new business development through daily telesales and cold calling.
  4. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  5. Generate leads through various sources and platforms.
  6. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  9. Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
  10. Conduct market research to stay aligned with industry changes and market trends.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years minimum experience in the Recruitment Industry as a generalist Senior Recruitment Consultant.
  • Knowledgeable in major industries such as Finance, IT, HR, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG, etc.
  • Matric certificate is essential; qualification in HR/Psychology or similar is an advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Sound negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy in CRM and ATS software such as Placement Partner, Zoho Recruit, Hubspot, Manatal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid Driver's License and own transport are highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English or Afrikaans.
Package & Remuneration

Competitive basic salary plus sales incentives and commission.
