We are seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. The role involves bringing our beverage brands to life across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and produce high-quality visuals for print and digital marketing, point-of-sale materials, internal communications, and advertising campaigns.
  2. Create artwork in line with brand and corporate identity guidelines.
  3. Manage email marketing campaigns with visually engaging content.
  4. Stay up to date with design trends and developments in digital and social media.
  5. Adapt designs based on feedback from the Marketing Director.
  6. Prepare print-ready artwork for suppliers and internal use.
  7. Format layouts, typography, and final artwork for production.
  8. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  9. Develop and maintain master artwork templates and internal brand guidelines.
  10. Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role; experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Experience working with AI tools, Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media content creation.
  • Strong visual, typographic, and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for design and branding.
