• Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing
• Minimum of 5 years' procurement experience
• Knowledge of Oracle / SAP systems
• Understanding of PFMA, National Treasury, PPPFA, BBBEE
• Experience in I-procurement / RFQ purchasing
• Financial management skills
• Strong IT skills
