GRADE : Train Presentation Supervisor Shifts

SALARY : 32,238 per annum

ROLE TYPE : On Site

HOURS : 35 per week

As a Train Presentation Facilitator, you'll be at the heart of our Train Presentation team overseeing site visits across the region to ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and standards are met. You'll play an important part in keeping our fleet spotless, allowing the operational teams to focus on delivering clean, presentable trains for our passengers. You will work closely with the Train Presentation Regional Manager and Train Cleaning Supervisors to ensure quality and compliance are delivered consistently.

This role involves regular travel across the region, so a driving license is essential.

  • Ensuring Cleanliness Standards: Guaranteeing the correct equipment and materials are available to your team, ensuring top-notch cleanliness across the region.
  • Safety First: Working closely with regional facilities teams to ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Coordinating Efforts: Distributing equipment and materials across sites to ensure operations are never delayed or disrupted.
  • Investigation & Reporting: Carrying out accident investigations when needed and providing key notes and minutes in people-related meetings.
  • Supporting Recruitment: Helping with the recruitment of new employees and ensuring your team is well-staffed and ready to tackle challenges.
