In this role, you will be required to design and maintain the organisation's solutions architecture and applications, ensuring all solutions adhere to best practices, standards, and processes through the solutions governance process within RMB projects and maintenance environments.

- Liaise with business stakeholders to forecast capacity requirements.
- Design solutions, monitor platform availability, uptime, performance, and stability against industry best practices.
- Ensure CSI on managed platforms by reviewing information systems, reporting incidents, anomalies, threshold breaches, etc., and providing remediation solutions.
- Manage and resolve third-line escalations.
- Manage and deliver projects, providing feedback.
- Review and consolidate calls, incidents, requests, problems, etc., for management reporting.
- Report platform risks to management.
- Analyze trends and propose mitigation and preventative actions.
- Communicate proactively to manage expectations.
- Demonstrate pride in the organization’s brand, services, and products by consistently delivering on the brand’s promise.
- Maintain personal quality and productivity standards.
- Stay current with legislation and new developments.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You:
- Hold a Bachelor of Social Science or a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in Computer and Information Science.
- Have 6 to 8 years of experience in Architecture.
