In this role, you will be required to design and maintain the organisation's solutions architecture and applications, ensuring all solutions adhere to best practices, standards, and processes through the solutions governance process within RMB projects and maintenance environments.

• Manage and deliver projects, providing feedback.
• Review and consolidate calls, incidents, requests, problems, etc., for management reporting.
• Report platform risks to management.
• Analyze trends and propose mitigation and preventative actions.
• Communicate proactively to manage expectations.
