What will I be doing?

• Support the Engineering Team to ensure proper operation and maintenance of hotel engineering and property systems, including general maintenance and energy conservation.
• Develop the Engineering Team and stay updated on compliance regulations and procedures relevant to hotel standards.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance within hotel rooms and other facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, maintaining equipment and areas to standard.
• Assist with Masonry, Carpentry, and Painting tasks.
• Recommend improvements for maintenance systems and energy savings.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Update technical knowledge and skills regularly.

What are we looking for?

• A certificate in a specialized field such as Carpentry or Plumbing.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work.
• Experience in maintenance within large hotels, hospitals, ships, restaurants, or similar environments.
