Your day at NTT DATA

We are looking for a marketing professional to join the marketing technology center of excellence team to help the NTT DATA marketing organization continue to scale in various marketing technologies including MRM (Marketing Resource Management), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), website translation, employee advocacy, social media platforms, and others.

As the Senior Manager Marketing Technology, you will play a critical role in building a global MarTech stack with centralized platforms for regional use. This approach will enable faster time to market, asset and campaign re-use, and best practices.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responsibilities: Act as product owner of MRM, SEO, website translation, employee advocacy, social media platforms, and others. Serve as the primary contact for these applications, staying updated on features and developments.
  2. Lead the evaluation and rationalization of current similar applications to select one for standardization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across NTT DATA globally, including IT, Enterprise Architecture, marketing, business analysts, and project management.
  4. Develop business cases with input from team members and stakeholders.
  5. Support the identification of total cost of ownership, gather business requirements, and score applications.
  6. Maintain and identify platform owners, foster relationships with regional users.
  7. Lead the rollout of selected applications, employing change management skills for successful adoption.
  8. Develop training plans and work with the MarTech Best Practices and Governance team to establish global standards.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing marketing technologies such as Wrike, Magnetic, Adobe WorkFront, BrightEdge, SEM Rush, and website translation platforms like Smartling, DeepL, Transperfect.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding operational requirements of MRM platforms.
  • Willingness to learn from stakeholders and adapt.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented with collaborative execution skills.
  • Experience developing business cases and gathering requirements.
Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Wrike, Magnetic, or Adobe Workfront.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
