OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

The Business Information and Data Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering analytics and reporting solutions throughout the Pharma division and plays a pivotal role in driving business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Performance Areas

• Partner with all business areas to understand and deliver performance insights and key analytics solutions.
• Support business KPIs by identifying data needs and delivering value cases, turning data into business value.
• Lead the acquisition, management, and deployment of information for sales and marketing.
• Build automated, scalable, and well-documented reporting solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, high quality, and timely delivery of work.
• Oversee technical teams in translating business requirements into logical program designs.
• Support cross-functional teams such as SFE, sales, marketing, and finance on project execution.
• Coordinate cross-divisional operations analyses by providing standard methodologies, definitions, and analytic approaches.
• Collaborate closely with IT to provide data and tools for the analytics team.
• Promote adherence to BI governance standards within the organization.
• Communicate, outreach, and train stakeholders, as well as manage outside services (e.g., vendors).
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business intelligence methodology and technology.
• Explore and propose new tools, methodologies, and practices to standardize procedures and reports across sales divisions.
