1. MUST have FMCG, Manufacturing Industry experience
2. Must have 1-2 years' experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
3. Diploma / Degree in a related field (desirable)
4. Grade 12 education
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
6. Responsible for executing the production plan
7. Oversee multiple activities within the production process
8. Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and processes
9. Able to troubleshoot all technical tools used in production
10. Oversee manufacturing and transfer processes (warehouse)
11. Enforce all safety policies
12. Create and oversee employee training to increase efficiency
13. Inspect products for quality assurance
14. Must have a clean criminal record (verification required)
