Description
The Talent Development Director will be responsible for overseeing talent development initiatives within the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing talent development strategies, monitoring salary structures, participating in salary surveys, conducting disparity analyses, and developing reward systems. The role also involves providing guidance on discipline and grievances, managing CCMA/Bargaining Council referrals, acting as a mediator when needed, conducting training needs analysis, overseeing training programs, managing budgets, and ensuring SETA compliance.
The position requires strong leadership skills, a B Honours Degree in HR or Labour Relations Management, and at least 8 years of senior management experience. Knowledge of HR laws and regulatory frameworks is essential for success in this role.
