Position: 2 Area Managers (JHB and Pta)

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Operations: Drive sales culture to meet and exceed business objectives by empowering Store Managers and Sales Team Leaders, developing new sales strategies, implementing promotions, and monitoring industry trends.
  2. People Leadership: Equip and motivate Store Managers and Sales Team Leaders, provide business leadership, and ensure HR functions such as recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes are efficiently managed.
  3. Administrative Management: Ensure efficient administrative functions, monitor key controls, manage stock counts, and implement methods to reduce shrinkage in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
