Job description

Qualifications: Degree in HR / Labour Relations. Knowledge of labour law, recruitment techniques, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment of staff (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing).
  2. Draft remuneration requests, offer letters, contracts, and other hiring and promotion documents.
  3. Ensure all attendance registers and payroll-related documents are accurate and submitted on time.
  4. Manage employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
  5. Conduct exit interviews.
  6. Manage Supply Chain Graduate / Trainee Manager Programme.
  7. Carry out succession planning activities.
  8. Report and present on productivity weekly.
  9. Complete weekly/monthly reports (e.g., Recruitment Trackers, LTI Trackers).
  10. Attend to employee-related queries.
  11. Promote employee engagement activities (Team Building, Mandela Day, Christmas, Long Service Awards, etc.).
  12. Oversee issuing and ordering of uniforms and PPE to staff.
  13. Conduct weekly/monthly audits.
  14. Assist the Divisional Training Delivery Partner with training and development activities.
  15. Assist with access control.
  16. Attend to IR / CCMA matters.
  17. Support and execute activities and projects related to the greater People Plan.
