Duties & Responsibilities

2. Manage incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring vendor SLA compliance and maintaining robust governance and compliance across all activities.
3. Contribute directly to our client's strategic roadmap, enhancing sustainability and capital project outcomes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
