  • Sales and Marketing diploma/degree (ideal)
  • At least 4-6 years experience within Sales Management role (ideally in the Bedding Manufacturing/Similar Industry)
  • Experienced with several systems (Syspro, etc.)
  • Full understanding of product development and production costs
  • Microsoft Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Identify new markets for the Companys products or services
    Negotiate pricing terms with vendors or suppliers
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and contacts within the industry
  • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve specific objectives or goals
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees on proper sales techniques and procedures
  • Coordinate activities with other departments within the organization, such as marketing or finance
  • Evaluate performance of sales representatives and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Maintain contact with clients, customers, or other individuals involved in the sale process
  • Manage national QS program, aligning stock mix and stock levels to meet sales targets
