Scope
- Ensure a positive customer experience through the professional and accurate preparation, fulfilment, and billing of customer projects.
- Lead order processing to support customers, sales, engineering, and logistics effectively.
- Execute order management activities in accordance with PERI guidelines and OTC processes.
- Provide excellent customer service through professional interactions and support project management with internal and external reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Group directives and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess continuity between contract, offer, and PSD order.
- Process order changes in PSD with updates to relevant departments.
- Adhere to commercial standards and processing guidelines.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, and engineering following order execution to ensure full preparation (delivery timeline and prioritization).
- Ensure accurate documentation details (e.g., tie rod cutting, preassembly).
- Revise picking lists for delivery, ensuring consistency with discounts and rental rates.
- Initiate transport DTR process for customer deliveries using PERI fleet and forwarding agencies.
- Process sales, rental, and CaRe invoicing promptly.
- Manage pending orders on PSD with feedback to sales.
- Review rental control points weekly and take necessary actions.
- Coordinate with teams to plan rental returns and maintain accurate return dates in PSD to improve material planning and design processes.
- Process manual documents monthly and perform system corrections.
- Maintain weekly PSD housekeeping functions.
- Report wage hours to payroll.
- Handle petty cash reconciliations.
- Support administration team members as needed.
- Execute jobsite closing actions in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Assist sales with order confirmations and cash sales transactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and accurate delivery preparation.
- Lead order processing to finalize delivery as per guidelines.
- Execute DTR truck releases with PERI fleet and forwarding agencies.
- Process manual documents daily into PSD.
- Manage the return process, including CaRe and billing, in line with company policies.
- Act as a business excellence ambassador to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and market competitiveness, maintaining strong customer relations.
Qualifications / Experience Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 (matric) certificate.
- 1-2 years of administration experience.
- Professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Customer-focused approach (internal & external).
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to recommend solutions within responsibilities.
