Job Title: Senior Business Developer - Training Solutions

A well-established organization is seeking a Senior Business Developer for their Training Solutions division. The Senior Business Developer will actively explore and secure sales through outbound activities and business development within the Training Solutions portfolio, focusing on customized solutions. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and industry organizations, managing contracts, overseeing administration, ensuring contractual obligations, managing risks, corporate governance, budgets, timelines, drafting proposals, submitting bids/tenders, registering as a supplier, and reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Compile, submit, and convert customized training solutions.
  2. Market solutions and services to diverse clients, including public, private, and international sectors.
  3. Engage with stakeholders effectively.
  4. Build a network of industry knowledge experts and key contacts.
  5. Prepare tenders covering the full value chain for each submission.
  6. Develop Business Intelligence (BI) and translate it into actionable solutions and services.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Consulting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Training environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in project and contract management, including project finance.
  • Experience of 4 years in preparing tenders, quotations, proposals, and reporting.
  • Valid Driver's License.
