Job description

Job Title: Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a production facility, preferably in the animal feed industry. The ideal candidate will hold a National Senior Certificate (or NQF 4 equivalent), possess strong operational coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills, and have knowledge of ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safe, efficient feed production
2. Maintain product quality
3. Analyze production data
4. Implement continuous improvements to drive profitability

A valid RSA driver's license and own transport are required.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4
• At least 5 years of experience in a management role within a production facility
• Valid RSA driver's license with own transport
• Knowledge and experience in the animal feed industry
• Knowledge of ISO standards

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe operation of feed production while meeting quality and customer requirements
• Review product quality and modify production processes to maintain and enhance profitability
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
