Are you an experienced and dedicated SENDCo ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? A thriving and inclusive primary school in Walthamstow is looking for a talented SENDCo to join their team from Summer Term or September 2025 , offering an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a current SENDCo or an aspiring leader with relevant qualifications (e.g. NASENCo) who is passionate about inclusion and committed to improving outcomes for all pupils with special educational needs.

The Role of SENDCo:

Oversee the provision for pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs, across the school.

Lead on the development of inclusive teaching strategies and interventions.

Work closely with class teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies.

Monitor and evaluate SEND progress and support the implementation of tailored plans.

Contribute to the wider leadership of the school and be part of the Senior Leadership Team.
