We're Hiring: Junior Electrical/Mechatronics Engineer (Design & Panel Building)
Location:Strand, Western Cape| Full-Time | Industry: Electrical/Automation

Are you ready to kickstart your engineering career and build real-world systems that power industries?
We're looking for a driven Junior Engineer who's eager to roll up their sleeves and dive into real design work, just skill, passion, and experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Design Motor Control Centres (MCCs) and PLC control systems

  • Work with AutoCAD Electrical (3-5 yrs exp) & E-Plan (2-3 yrs exp)

  • Build and review electrical panels alongside our workshop team

  • Develop QC documentation, IO lists, cable schedules, and parts lists

  • Collaborate with our Engineering Manager, suppliers, clients, and installation teams

  • Assist with basic project management tasks and implement redlines post-installation

What You Bring:
  • National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics

  • Real-world experience using AutoCAD Electrical & E-Plan

  • Understanding of electrical panel building and industrial control systems

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to grow in a fast-paced engineering team
