Job Summary
We are seeking a Graduate Sales Representative with professional working proficiency in Spanish to join our GTM team in Cape Town.
As a Graduate Sales Representative (Spanish Speaker), you will drive renewal strategies, proactively build relationships, deliver business outcomes, mitigate risks & churn, and provide insights.
What You Will Do
Drive Renewal Strategy : Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts.
Proactively Build Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers to influence adoption and success.
Supporting Customers : Guide customers to support channels available as part of DigiCert's value proposition.
Deliver Business Outcomes : Define business outcomes and orchestrate success plans including customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics.
Mitigate Risk and Churn : Interpret usage data to identify 'at risk' customers and opportunities for value optimization.
Enable Customers : Demonstrate and educate customers on relevant functionalities to increase adoption.
Deliver Insights : Share insights relevant to customers' workflows and act as the voice of the customer internally.
What You Will Have
Experience managing a full sales cycle (inside or field sales) in the software industry (beneficial).
Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing Management, Sales Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (essential).
Proficiency in Portuguese (beneficial).
Ability to navigate objections and challenges effectively to achieve wins and renewals.
Experience in transactional, high-velocity sales.
Strong collaboration skills with internal teams.
Experience facilitating customer meetings and delivering concise, inspiring presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and execute sales plans.
A curious, competitive, and action-oriented mindset.
