Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach depending on individual needs and requirements.
  2. Ensure that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner within the required timeframes.
  3. Resolve any queries regarding products or services.
  4. Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
  5. Maintain current knowledge of products, programs, processes, and policies.
Requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

  1. At least 2 years experience in a client services and relationship management role.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
  3. Helpdesk support experience is an advantage.
  4. High attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
