Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role based on-site in Durban. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, aquiring new clients, understanding client needs, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and executing account strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing sales reports, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Datacentrix's offerings. The role requires staying informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to drive business growth.
