Job Summary

Optimize the profit and economic value of portfolios of Small Business key account clients requiring low to medium complexity commercial banking requirements by focusing on: a) origination efforts to acquire new clients; b) cross-selling to existing client base; c) coverage efforts to service clients in accordance with the segment CVP.

Job Description
  • Relationship Management: Own the primary relationship with the client by being the main contact point for all corporate and investment banking needs.
  • Client Solutioning: Take overall accountability for service delivery by setting the rules of engagement for the cross-functional team, which includes Transactional Bankers, Credit Analysts, Segment Support Client Control Team, Client Service Consultants, and Product & Sector teams.
  • Manager Risk Assessment: Take ownership of the portfolio's risk management by ensuring a good understanding of both the Bank's and the clients' regulatory and compliance environments.
  • Experience with Agri portfolios and clients is a necessity.
  • NQF Level 7 and above in a related field.
  • Willingness to travel to clients in remote areas.
Education

Bachelor's Degree and Professional Qualifications in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
