Responsibilities

1. Effectively supervise the maintenance and repair functions of the complex, ensuring work is of high quality and completed on time.
2. Efficiently order and control machine parts and spares.
3. Investigate and stay updated with new products and technology to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards as per the OHS Act and other relevant regulations for employees, buildings, and equipment.
5. Build and supervise a competent and motivated maintenance team.
6. Ensure that electricians and maintenance staff are on duty for each shift and standby as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
7. Promote the company's culture and values within the maintenance department.
8. Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately.
