Job Description

Responsible for marketing to clients and promoting sales in liaison with brokers and financial institutions.

Actively promotes company products to achieve sales plans:

  1. Achieve net profit growth for the business
  2. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions
  3. Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio through renewal processes
  4. Maximize cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  5. Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate insurance products to meet sales targets
  6. Build and maintain relationships with Bank Client Managers to generate leads and cross-sell opportunities
  7. Provide efficient administration through careful planning, reporting, and updating of related information
  8. Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements
  9. Track, control, and influence sales activities to increase efficiency
  10. Monitor market trends and competitors; identify new business opportunities
  11. Provide accurate business intelligence and data analysis to support better decision-making
  12. Manage personal development to enhance competencies
