As a growing company, we are looking for a dedicated IT Technician to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across our technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Troubleshoot software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and business applications.
• Monitor and support network systems ensuring optimal uptime and security.
• Assist with system upgrades, data backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Respond to IT support requests and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Support cloud-based systems and ensure compliance with IT best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with networking, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of contact centre technology and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
