Program Details

• Rotations through different departments will give you experience across various functions and help you learn the organization quickly. These face-to-face rotations include immersion, connection, learning, and performing tasks under the supervision of coaches.
• You will need to complete relevant training to support your development, available online, in face-to-face meetings, and classroom sessions.
• At the end of the rotations, you must achieve all milestones as outlined in the Job Description and Performance Contract.
