Role Context

1. Make decisions wisely by balancing all viewpoints.

3. Keep in touch with corporate strategies, and recommend ways to improve or alter them.
4. Communicate closely with the production manager to determine workload and availability.
5. Update and modify drawings in Autodesk 3D, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and SolidWorks.
6. Understand and help develop company design standards, whether written or based on historical practices.
7. Share technical knowledge to improve all Design & Engineering projects and enhance mechanical design understanding within the company.
8. Detail drawings that meet or exceed client needs, budgets, and expectations.
9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative office atmosphere through respect, reflection, and shared philosophy.
10. Present information clearly to project team members and clients in written, oral, or drawing formats.
11. Identify areas where additional training or knowledge would be beneficial and determine methods to acquire this knowledge.
