Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manages and drives projects from start to finish within deadlines, either self-identified or briefed by the business.
- Liaises with internal teams to meet product content requirements and deadlines.
- Maintains the Omni product catalogue, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date, including grouping, naming, descriptions, attributes, images, and website taxonomy.
- Monitors stock levels on websites and in fulfilment centres, collaborating with relevant teams to optimise stock allocations, including IBTs, old, and damaged stock.
- Coordinates with the Omni photo studio and merchandise teams to manage image processes effectively, ensuring timely receipt and processing of images.
- Performs regular quality assessments of websites to ensure error-free and comprehensive content.
- Researches and recommends innovative operational improvements in collaboration with OTM.
- Proposes practical solutions to project challenges.
- Coordinates and executes campaigns and promotions, including catalogue updates and collection changes.
- Identifies content and campaign opportunities to enhance stock movement, promotions, and customer experience.
- Maintains high levels of internal service and manages external customer service queries professionally until resolution.
- Ensures timely management and resolution of customer service tickets.
- Continuously seeks service improvement opportunities.
- Maintains brand image and identity in all interactions.
- Offers alternative solutions to customer service challenges.
- Contributes to online revenue targets, aiming to meet or exceed set goals.
- Coordinates with stores for seamless order fulfilment, exchanges, and refunds.
- Collaborates with merchandising to manage and optimise the online product range.
- Works with cross-functional teams to brief campaigns based on performance data.
- Reports on online product performance and influences product range decisions with OTM.
Qualifications And Experience
- Business degree or related diploma.
- 1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce retail.
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and a systematic, strategic work approach.
- Experience with website CMS, POS, and planning systems.
