ROLE SUMMARY :

The teacher will adopt a holistic approach to student care, promoting their progress and well-being, creating a positive learning environment, and motivating students to reach their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons.
• Experience with teaching in a Reggio environment.
• Create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.
• Maintain professionalism in punctuality, behavior, and work standards.
• Reflect on and improve teaching practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Create high-quality resources for students.
• Respond to parent communications within 24 hours.
• Demonstrate loyalty to Zig Zag.
• Participate in school events as required.
• Set and evaluate assessments and student work.
• Write report comments.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the School Head / line manager.
