As our full-time Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead efforts in learner acquisition and revenue generation, overseeing marketing strategy with a focus on performance and admissions.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can align marketing and sales activities to drive growth across all learner acquisition channels. You will manage our B2C and B2B marketing strategies, driving growth through innovative campaigns, performance analytics, and optimization of the user journey from lead generation to enrollment. You will be part of the senior management team, shaping organizational culture and strategic decisions impacting growth.
