ABOUT THE ROLE

As our full-time Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead efforts in learner acquisition and revenue generation, overseeing marketing strategy with a focus on performance and admissions.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can align marketing and sales activities to drive growth across all learner acquisition channels. You will manage our B2C and B2B marketing strategies, driving growth through innovative campaigns, performance analytics, and optimization of the user journey from lead generation to enrollment. You will be part of the senior management team, shaping organizational culture and strategic decisions impacting growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase learner acquisition and enrollments across digital marketing, paid search, social media, and SEO.
  2. Implement and optimize performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign integration and consistent messaging.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize efforts, and enhance performance.
  5. Manage and monitor digital campaigns, adjusting strategies based on metrics and feedback.
  6. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  7. Work with senior management to develop strategic plans aligning with company growth.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive learner acquisition and revenue strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years in growth or performance digital marketing roles.
  • Strong focus on performance marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • At least 2 years in senior leadership, managing teams in tech or education sectors.
  • Proven results in high-growth environments, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with CRM and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
