To further our strategic business growth, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager in our Lille office.

The new colleague will be working within the Project Management Department, taking care of the project's budget, planning, and technical challenges.

The role also includes developing and managing relationships with the client's team and subcontractors.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a construction project manager, focused on industrial projects
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Knowledge of the food industry, manufacturing, and packaging processes, Layout, Tech-Specs
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of French and English languages
• Familiarity with construction / project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Team player with leadership abilities
• BSc / BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Available for business trips / relocation for project purposes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to determine project specifications
• Assist in negotiations of contracts with external vendors
• Assist in obtaining permits and licenses from authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials) from start to finish, considering budget constraints
• Assist in planning all operations and scheduling phases to meet deadlines
• Manage team members and responsibilities
• Lead the project team and coordinate with clients and contractors
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues
