SAP Integration Consultants - Onsite Richards Bay

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Integration Consultant to join our IT team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring smooth and secure data exchange across the enterprise landscape.

Minimum Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration tools: SAP ISU RFC, BAPI, Web Services
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party or legacy systems
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot effectively
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Desired Qualifications

• SAP ISU Certification
• Experience in public sector or municipal environments
• Familiarity with API management, security protocols, and cloud platforms

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and manage the integration of SAP / SAP IS-U systems with other business platforms.
2. Ensure compatibility and interoperability between SAP and non-SAP systems.
3. Monitor integration performance and optimize processes.
4. Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient integration solutions.
5. Oversee the implementation of middleware and integration technologies (SAP PO, API management, etc.)
6. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.
7. Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure consistent data flow and system reliability.
8. Maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications and solution architectures.
9. Support testing and deployment activities in development, QA, and production environments.
10. Ensure all integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
